During the COVID-19 pandemic, I visited Korea and had to stay in quarantine for two weeks. I re-enact events that occurred during this period—events that were so unreal that they felt difficult to accept as reality. Using media representation techniques, I blend truth and fiction to portray the unreal experiences of quarantine and the broader strangeness and absurdities of the pandemic era.
